Born in Valencia, Made for London
Jaella was founded by James, who grew up on the shores of the Mediterranean watching his grandmother tend to her enormous paella pan every Sunday.
After training in some of Spain's finest restaurants, James brought those traditions to London — and hasn't looked back since. Every event is cooked fresh on-site, with premium saffron sourced directly from La Mancha.
We cater for any occasion: weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, festivals, and private dining. Our team handles everything from setup to service.
